“We offer a free training program, and even pay trainees for those who are qualified,” says Dadap. Once trainees graduate from the program, they can start working from home. MRM pays them on a per song file finished that can be delivered over the internet. They essentially become independent entrepreneurs who supply MRM with music files. MRM guarantees to issue orders and pay these independent music arrangers on a regular basis, usually by check deposited to their respective bank accounts. Veteran music arrangers make as much as PHP 30,000 to PHP 50,000 a month.

Another plus for this work cum lifestyle choice is that there’s no age, sex, or work experience requirement. A musician can do this even in his or her old age.
